the staff wasn't very friendly (i found them to be quite cold). i asked for a few extra sugar sachets since the supermarket only accepted credit cards, but they refused and said the existing sachets were a "gift. " the lack of warmth and flexibility was disappointing, especially since it's a small thing that would have made a difference. also, the room lacked drinking water, and i had to pay extra for coffee refills at breakfast.

i found the room spacious and clean. breakfast had a good selection, it was maintained well. i received excellent restaurant recommendations from the staff. the shower was especially great after a long day.

i found no kettle in the room, a slight inconvenience.

i loved the beautiful penthouse apartment. the lake view was fine. the modern furnishings created a comfortable space. the large windows let in lots of light and allowed me to enjoy the views from the living room. i spent hours gazing at the tranquil lake and majestic mountains. the kitchen had everything i needed and the bedding was comfortable.

the welcome file specifically had a paragraph about dinner which said the friendly staff and a menu boasting meals await. after reading this, i was excited to try the lavishly described restaurant downstairs. i went down at 5:30 p.m., but found it closed.
